Increase to Copy Clearance Charges from 1st April 2026
Please note from the 1st April 2026 copy clearance fees will be increased from £/€ 170.00 to £/€ 180.00. Please see below for full breakdown of the new charges:
UK ONLY SUBMISSION £180.00 + VAT (£216.00)
ROI ONLY SUBMISSION €180.00 (NO VAT)
BOTH UK & ROI SUBMISSION: £180.00 + VAT (£216.00)
The charges are only applicable to ‘new items’.
We do not charge for resubmissions of a previously cleared item e.g. any content with a PA code or an FA code or historical provisional approval dates/FA codes. Resubmissions include updated scripts, rough cuts or final cuts with amendments such as the addition or removal of static onscreen logos and text where the running time of the content has not changed.
